We work with both children and adults, using evidence based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to help you reach your therapy goals.

CHILD AND ADOLESCENT THERAPY

We can provide therapeutic support for children and teenagers for a wide range of presenting concerns. A typical therapy session will last for 50-60 minutes. During the initial session, a thorough history is taken to gain a comprehensive understanding of the young person's needs. From this, a treatment plan and treatment goals will be developed, as a collaboration between the young person, their parent and the psychologist. This will be used to guide the therapy process and to track progress. Depending on your age and needs, therapy sessions can involve a range of activities, including education, discussion, play-based activities, board games, technology-based activities, and arts and crafts. We can provide support for young people in the following areas:

~ Autism Spectrum Disorder
