Hello, and welcome to Coastal Psychology Services. I'm Chaya, a registered Clinical Psychologist based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. I am passionate about supporting children, young people, adults and families. I have a relaxed, non-judgemental, client-centred approach and I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to the success of any therapy. I aim to create a warm, safe space for people of all ages, where we can work collaboratively to navigate and overcome any challenges or difficulties.  Within my practice, I draw on a range of evidence-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
